Students gain new life skills by giving bikes back to the community

Mr. More’s Ride Again Initiative proves that one person’s trash is, in fact, another person’s treasure.  Throughout the course of the last year and a half, students have been collecting old bicycles that were deemed worthy of junk and giving them a second life. Ride Again is only one component of Mr. More’s Life Skills class, which allows students to earn credits towards their high school diploma by teaching them skills that they can apply autonomously in their day-to-day life.

Ride Again was highlighted in the Courier du Sud and on the Compétences Québec website.  Read the article linked here!
